利用DNA条形码技术对截获瓜实蝇幼虫的鉴定研究 被引量:7

摘要 瓜实蝇是世界重要的检疫性害虫之一,对果蔬生产及其国际贸易具有很大的影响。该虫在口岸截获时均为幼虫或卵,通常采用形态学鉴定方法对卵和幼虫在室内饲养、羽化出成虫后再进行鉴定。采用DNA条形码技术,可以对复合体之外的实蝇种类卵、幼虫进行鉴定。本文以进境越南西瓜中所截获的瓜实蝇为对象,对上述两种鉴定方法进行了比较研究,结果显示,DNA条形码技术鉴定比常规形态学鉴定快3倍以上,前者可实现对口岸截获的瓜实蝇幼虫的快速鉴定。 Bactrocera cucurbitae is one species of the most important quarantine pests in the world, which causes a great harm and impact on fruits and vegetables production and international trade. Larvae and eggs are detected from fruits in the port and the traditional morphological identification is based on feeding the eggs or larvae to adults. DNA barcoding can realize species identification of fruit flies except the complex. Targeting the Bactrocera cucurbitae samples which captured from Vietnamese watermelons, this study compared two identification methods based on DNA barcoding and morphology. The results showed that DNA barcoding identification was three times as rapid as morphological identification. DNA barcoding can realize rapid identification on the detecting ofBactrocera cucurbitae from fruits in the port.
