摘要
目的 :对洋参保肺糠浆中有效成分吗啡含量进行测定。方法 :HPLC ,以 0 .1mol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液 甲醇 (5∶1)为流动相 ,采用KromasilC18分析柱 (2 5 0× 4.6mm ,5 μm)对制剂中吗啡的含量进行测定。 结果 :该方法的线性范围为 :0 .6 8-3.9μg(r =0 .998) ,平均回收率为 97.4% (RSD =0 .98% )。 结论 :可作为产品的质量分析方法。
Objective: To determine morphine content in Yangshengbaofei Syrup by RP HPLC. Methods: A RP HPLC method was developed for the determination of morphine in Yangshengbaofei Syrup on Kromasil C 18 column (250×4.6mm,5μm), and with 0.1 mol/L NaH 2PO 4 methanol (5∶1) as a mobile phase. Results: The linear range was 0.68-3.9μg (r=0.998). The average recovery rate was 97.4% (RSD=0.98%). Conclusion: The method can be used for the quantitative analysis of this prepartion.
