摘要
在中国迅速崛起的今天,日本积极配合美国的亚太再平衡战略,强化了对中国周边国家的影响。面对亚太秩序的变动和中国的崛起,缅甸实施大国平衡外交政策。日本与缅甸都有借助对方力量制衡中国,扩大政治、经济、军事合作的迫切愿望,双方找到了利益的结合点,两国关系迅速升温。因此,对日缅关系的发展需要理性观察和辩证分析。
In the context of the rise of China, Japan actively cooperate with America＇ s balancing Asia-Pacific strategy and strengthening their influence upon China＇ s neighboring countries. Myanmar also carries out the diplomacy of balancing g power in the context of a changing Asia-Pacific order and rise of China. Japan and Myanmar both intend to make use each other＇ s power to balance down China＇ s influence and thus they desire more to extend their cooperation in the field of politics, economics, and military. The overlapping interest of the two countries contributes to the rapid development of their relationship. A rational observation and dialectical analysis is needed upon their relationship.
