摘要 在国家机关办公建筑和大型公共建筑能耗监测平台的基础上,运用智能建筑能耗监测技术,实现实时动态监测建筑用能及用能设备的运行情况;掌握建筑物各类设备能耗的基本数据,详细了解建筑物的每一项数据,在平台上将采集的数据数字化及信息化,通过对数据的对比分析,发现造成建筑物能源浪费的行为及漏洞,针对能耗较大的用能项目进行重点监测,为能耗分项计量、定额管理提供科学依据,分析和总结建筑能耗的规律,找出建筑高耗能所在,提出详细可行的节能改造方案。 Intelligent building energy monitoring technology is utilized to achieve real-time dynamic monitoring data of building energy use and operation of energy-using equipments, on the basis of energy consumption monitoring platform of state office buildings and large public buildings. The basic data of en- ergy consumption of various equipments and information of buildings are digitized and informationized. Through comparative analysis, building energy waste caused by the behavior and technical vulnerability for large energy consumption projects are found, focusing on monitoring energy use of energy larger projects, providing scientific basis for sub -metering of energy consumption and quota management. Building energy law is summarized and analyzed, high energy consumption is identified, the detailed and feasible energy- savin~ Dro^Tarr~ are formulated.
