摘要
目的 探讨自体脂肪颗粒隆乳术后并发症的防治。方法 171例经过负压湿性吸脂后 ,注入纯化脂肪颗粒至乳房内 ,对其产生的并发症进行观察。结果 感染 2例 ,脂肪液化 5例 ,血肿 1例 ,纤维结节 2 5例 ,囊性样变 1例 ,结节状干酪样坏死 2例 ,脂肪瘤 1例。通过积极治疗均避免了严重后果的发生。结论 自体脂肪颗粒隆胸术能够取得成功 ,并最大限度地减少手术并发症 ,关键在于防止污染、筛选出纯净的充满活力的无损伤的脂肪细胞、分层次均匀注射。
Objective To discuss the prevention and treatment of the complication after auto fat granule mammaplasty.Mothod Using negative pressure moist liposuction and then injecting pure fat granule to the breast for 171 cases.Result There were 1 case with haematoma;25 cases with fiorous tubercle;1 case with cystoid pathological changes ;2 cases with nodulone cheese like neciosis; 1 case with lipoma.After positive treatment,all were cured. Conclusion To be successful in the auto fat granule mammaplasty and reduce the complication to the large extent,the key point is to prevent infection ,filter the pure,vital and atraumatic fat cell,inject equably with each layer.Through active prevention and treatment ,the complication of this operation may reduce to the larger extent.
