摘要
本文提出一种减弱二极管芯片子腔效应对半导体激光锁模影响的新方法——光谱补偿法。对其机理、实现补偿的条件及补偿效果进行了初步分析。
A new method weakening the influence of the diode F-P effect to mode locken-ing of semiconductor laser-spectral compensation method is described in this paper. The mechanism of compensation and the conditions for realizing compensation and the compensation effect are analysed preminarily.
