基于信息熵的可变模糊评价的农业用水效率测算 被引量:12

摘要 结合农业用水过程,提出了农业用水效率评价指标体系,并结合国家标准与相关研究成果,确定评价等级与标准。并引入基于信息熵的可变模糊评价,分别进行相对隶属度评价、可变模糊评价、综合隶属度评价,从而形成对农业用水效率的综合评价。模型的显著特点是综合考虑评价事物定性与定量的特点。通过对新疆2000-2011年的用水效率进行测算,结果表明:农业用水效率由2000年处于Ⅱ级与Ⅲ级之间且偏向Ⅲ级,转变为2011年处于Ⅲ级与Ⅳ级之间且偏向于Ⅳ级。2000-2004年新疆农业用水效率呈现量变特征,2004-2007年处于渐变式质变阶段,2007-2011年又呈现量变特征。结果与新疆实际情况吻合很好,从而验证了评价方法的合理性。 According to the agricultural water use process, the evaluation index system of agricultural water use efficiency was put forward. The evaluation grade and standard were determined by combining with the national standards and the related research re- sults. Based on information entropy and variable fuzzy evaluation, the relative membership, the variable fuzzy evaluation and comprehensive membership were calculated. The character of the n^lodel was qualitative and quantitative. Taking Xinjiang area as a study case, the results showed that the agriculture water use efficiency was between levels II and III and bias level III in 2000, and between levels III and IV and bias level IV in 2011. The agriculture water use efficiency of Xinjiang presented quantitative change traits from 2000 to 2004, qualitative change phase from 2004 to 2007, and quantitative change traits from 2007 to 2011. The evaluation result was coincided with the actual situation, which proved the reasonability of the evaluation method.
