摘要
研制了一种掺Sb的SnO_2气敏-光学材料,并用它作为丙酮蒸汽浓度的光纤传感器敏感头,在30000ppm~100000ppm的宽广浓度范围得到很好的线性工作曲线。这是在丙酮蒸汽爆炸下限浓度左右的一个重要浓度范围。
SnO2 doped with Sb was developed as gas sensing-optical material. It was used as sensing element of optical fiber sensor for measuring the concentration of acetone vapor. An experimental curve with better linearity was obtained in a wide concentration range of 30000ppm-100000ppm. This is an important range which is at about the concentration of the lowest explode limit of acetone vapor.
