摘要
为客观了解益母草是否会导致肾损害 ,采用按成人等效剂量不同倍数的益母草水煎剂 ,分别持续 30天、4 5天、6 0天给大鼠灌胃 ,观察其对大鼠肾功能及肾脏组织形态的影响。结果 :益母草对肾小球无损伤作用 ,但可引起肾间质轻度炎症及少量纤维组织增生、肾小管轻度脂肪变 ,且随着剂量的增大 ,病变也相对加重。提示长期服用单味大剂量益母草 ,有可能引起肾小管。
The renal damage of motherwort was observed.Motherwort decoction in different times the dosage of adults were poured into the stomach in rats for 30,45 and 60 days,and the changes of renal function and tissues were studied.Results showed that motherwort did no harm to kidney,but it could lead to light inflammation and little fibroplastic proliferation in renal interstice,and fatty renal tubules;with the increasing dosage,the pathogenic change aggravated.The results suggested that motherwort could do harm to renal tubules and interstice.
