护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者呼吸训练后肺功能的影响 被引量：3

摘要 目的分析护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者呼吸训练后肺功能的影响。方法将86例COPD患者随机分为观察组44例和对照组42例。所有患者均接受呼吸训练,其中对照组展开常规护理,观察组给予精心护理干预。呼吸训练6个月后,对比2组患者肺功能改善状况。结果呼吸训练6个月后,2组患者肺功能均有显著改善,且观察组改善情况明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过精心科学的呼吸训练,慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能可获得明显改善。
