摘要
目的了解患者应用a-2b干扰素依从性差的原因,观察综合干预对患者治疗依从性及尖锐湿疣(CA)复发率的影响。方法将133例CA患者随机分为干预组67例和对照组66例。对照组按常规给予健康教育及常规治疗,干预组除常规健康教育外,实施全程治疗护理干预。观察2组临床疗效和依从性。结果干预组遵医行为优于对照组,临床疗效优于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论综合干预可明显提高CA患者治疗的依从性,降低CA的复发率。
Objective To understand the reasons for bad adherence of interferon were treated with a-2b. Observation of comprehensive intervention on the treatment compliance and effect of recurrent rate of condyloma acuminatum patients. Methods 133 eases of genital warts were randomly divided into two groups of acuteness wet wart, the control group was given routine health education and routine treatment, the intervention group in addition to conventional health education, the imple- mentation of the whole nursing intervention. Results The compliance behavior, clinical efficacy and the recurrence rate of in- tervention group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The comprehensive intervention can significantly improve the treatment of genital warts patient compliance and reduce the reeur- rence rate of genital warts
