摘要
随着时代的发展,尤其在实施素质教育和新课改的大背景下,教师应该转变传统角色观念,树立起新的教师角色以便更好地履行教书育人的职责,让学生真正成为自己成长进步的主人,促进自身全面发展。
With the development of the times, teachers should change the concept of their traditional roles and establish new roles in order to fulfill the duty of teaching and cultivating better, especially in the context of the implementation of quality-orient- ed education and the new curriculum reform. Teachers should help students to become the real owners of their growth and de- velopment and contribute to their all-round development.
