摘要
发动机的惯性参数为质量、质心位置的3个坐标、绕3个轴的转动惯量以及3个惯性积共10个参数。在振动模态试验测试的频响函数基础上,提出了利用质量线识别台架上发动机10个惯性参数的改进方法,较精确地识别了发动机的10个惯性参数。根据一定的误差限水平,筛选合适的激励点和响应点处的频响函数数据,剔除互易性差的数据,提高了识别精度。台架试验验证了所提改进方法的正确性。
The engine inertia parameters are defined by the mass, the center of gravity, the princi- ple inertia of moments and their associated principle axes. On the basis of FRFs derived from vibration model test,a residual inertia method that allowed the simultaneous estimation of all the ten engine in- ertia parameters was presented. The method can identify all the ten inertial parameters of the engine accurately. According to a certain error limit level,appropriate FRFs of good reciprocity were selected to improve recognition accuracy. The validity of the presented analysis was confirmed by bench test re- sults.
