摘要
传染病一直是严重危害人类健康的主要疾病,传统中医的个体化辨治存在辨证方法无法统一、传统疾病分类方式难以适应临床需求、辨治经验难以推广等问题。阐述了通治法在新发、突发传染病中的应用,为证候、症候群相同的情况下通治法的应用提供理论依据。同时通治法不能体现新发、突发传染病的辨治过程中各地具体因素,存在时间上的滞后性。因此,个体化辨治和通治各具优势,二者结合,有利于新发、突发传染病辨证的准确性,提高疗效。
Infectious disease is a serious hazard to human health. Individualized treatment in traditional Chinese medicine is difficult to adapt to clinical needs and difficult to promote the application. The application of universal treatment in emerging infectious diseases and emergent infectious diseases was discussed in this article. But the uni- versal treatment has hysteresis and geographic limitations. Therefore, the combination of individualized treatment and universal treatment is more effective for emerging infectious diseases and emergent infectious diseases.
