摘要
骨髓抑制是恶性肿瘤化疗的最大毒副反应之一,是化疗不能按时足量完成的主要原因。近年来中医药在防治化疗后骨髓抑制方面取得了显著成效,从理论基础、研究概况、用药规律等方面系统阐述扶正解毒祛瘀法防治化疗后骨髓抑制的合理性及可行性。
Myelosuppression is one of severe side effects of chemotherapy for cancer and the main reason why chemotherapy cannot be completed. In recent years, traditional Chinese medicine has made remarkable achievements in the prevention and treatment of chemotherapy-induced myelosuppression. The rationality and feasibility of body resistance-strengthening, toxin-resolving and stasis-dispelling therapy for chemotherapy-induced myelosuppression was explained in this article from theoretical foundation, research overview and prescription rules.
