摘要
通过历史的、经典证治方药的实例分析和举例,探讨中医证候量化的重要性和必要性。认为同一性质的证候有着程度差异,不同性质的证候之间存在着大量过渡性证候,复杂病症中也存在着单一到多个证候的量化特征。中医证候量化的表达方式除通过直接的不同证候名称表述外,多数体现治则治法、方药的选用和药量药味多寡的选择上。强调中医证候的这种不确定性、模糊的诊断表述方式的局限,可以通过定量辨证的方法加以克服,以此完善和丰富中医辨证诊断方法,让中医学术更好地得到传承与科学的交流。
The importance and necessity of traditional cussed in this article. There were some differences between Chinese medicine （TCM） pattern quantification was dis- patterns of the same nature in a certain degree. Patterns of different nature had a large number of transitional patterns. There were single or multiple pattern quantitative charac- teristics in complex diseases. The TCM pattern quantification is reflected by pattern names, treating principles, thera- pies, formulas and drugs. The uncertainty and limitation of TCM pattern can be overcome by quantitative pattern dif- ferentiation.
