摘要
农作物种业是国家基础性、战略性的核心产业,是促进农业长期稳定发展、保障国家粮食安全的根本。同时,农作物种业是一个高度依赖科技创新的行业,种业科技是种业发展的根基所在。深入剖析了天津市农作物种业科技发展现状与存在的问题,探讨立足本市、面向全国的天津种业科技发展的思路、重点任务及政策保障体系,为政府实施种源农业提供决策参考依据。
Crop seed industry is a national foundational strategic core industry,and also is a fundamental basis to promote long-term stable development of agriculture and anational ensurance food security.Meanwhile,crop seed industry is highly dependent on science and technology,which are the foundation of the industry development.Therefore,this paper made an in-depth analysis to development status and existing problems of science and technology in Tianjin crop seed industry,and explored development ideas,key tasks and policy system in the area to provide a reference for government decision making for the seed industry.
