摘要
医院后勤物资供应对维持医院的正常运转具有不可替代的作用,而能否对医院的供应商进行有效的管理,对提高医院物资供应保障水平起到至关重要的作用。分别对重点供应商和备用供应商建立了评价体系。继而以评价体系为依据,构建动态管理机制,形成对供应商的长效激励机制和具有竞争性的选择淘汰机制,为医院筛选优秀的供应商建立制度和流程上的保障。
Logistics supplies are essential for normal operations of hospitals, while effective management of hospital suppliers is key to optimizing the materials supplies. An evaluation system is built for both key suppliers and standby suppliers respectively. Based on such a system, a dynamic management mechanism is built to provide long-lasting supplier incentives, for competitive selection and elimination of the suppliers. These efforts enable the hospitals to pick the best suppliers by means of systems and regulations.
