摘要
本研究综合运用文献荟萃分析、专家小组讨论和德尔菲法构建公立医院财务治理绩效评价指标体系。经过2轮专家咨询并结合小组讨论意见，最终确定了包含6个～级维度、15个二级维度和48个考核指标在内的公立医院财务治理绩效评价指标体系。
This paper construct an evaluation index system for performance appraisal of public hospitals＇ financial governance, using the meta-analysis, expert panel discussion and Delphi method. With two rounds of expert consultation and panel discussion, such an evaluation index system was completed, comprising 6 primary dimensions, 15 secondary dimensions and 48 evaluation indexes.
