摘要
护士执行力对优质护理服务工作有十分重要的推动作用。通过分析全国护理工作会议对护理工作提出的具体要求,结合本院具体贯彻落实情况,本文提出提高优质护理服务护士执行力的对策和方法,以树立优质护理理念,提升护士专业素养,优化绩效考核,提升护士执行力,有效促进优质护理服务的贯彻实施。
Executive ability of nurses has very important promoting role in high quality nursing service. On the basis of specific requirements suggested on national nursing work conference, and the specific implementation of our hospital, this article puts forward strategies and methods for improving the executive ability of nurses in implementation of high quality nursing service, in order to establish the concept of quality care and enhance professionalism of nurses, optimize performance evaluation, enhance the nurse executive ability, effectively promote the implementation of high quality nursing service.
