摘要
目的观察临床护理路径在小儿支气管肺炎护理中的应用效果。方法将250例单纯支气管肺炎患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各125例。观察组严格按照临床护理路径模式进行护理,对照组采用常规护理模式护理,观察两组患儿的治疗依从性、健康知识评分、满意度、住院时间及住院费用情况。结果观察组患儿的治疗依从性、满意度、健康知识评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组住院时间短于对照组,住院费用低于对照组,两组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径在小儿支气管肺炎护理中不但规范了护理流程,提高了护理质量,且明显缩短了住院时间、降低了医疗费用、大幅度提高了患者的满意度及患者对疾病知识的获知程度,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the effect of application of clinical nursing pathway in nursing of bronchial pneumo- nia in children. Methods 250 cases with simply bronchial pneumonia were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with each group were 125 cases.The observation group in strict accordance with the mode of clinical nursing path for treatment and nursing,the control group with routine nursing care,the treatment compliance,health knowledge score,satisfaction,hospital stay and hospitalization expenses of the children between the two groups were ob- served. Results The treatment compliance,satisfaction,health knowledge score of the children in observation group were all higher than those of control group （P〈0.05）;the length of stay in observation group was shorter than that of control group,and the hospitalization expenses was lower than that of control group,the differences were all statistically signifi- cant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Clinical nursing path in nursing of bronchial pneumonia in children can not only standardize the nursing process,improve the quality of nursing,and shorten the hospitalization time,reduce medical costs,greatly im- prove the patients＇ satisfaction and patient level that knowledge of disease,which is worth of clinical promotion.
