摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗小儿肺炎所致肺动脉高压(PH)的效果。方法按入组顺序将符合标准的48例患儿随机分为两组,对照组采取常规西医治疗及优质护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用当归注射液治疗,比较两组疗效及治疗前后的相关临床指标。结果观察组和对照组总有效率分别为83.33%、66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后氧分压(PaO2)和氧饱和度(SO2)均升高,二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)和平均肺动脉压(MPAP)均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后PaO2和SO2高于对照组,PaCO2和MPAP低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗小儿肺炎所致PH,可有效改善患儿的PaO2和SO2,降低PaCO2和MPAP,临床疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the effects of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of children with pulmonary hypertension（PH）caused by pneumonia.Methods 48 patients were randomly divid- ed into two groups according to the order into group.Conventional western medicine treatment and high-quality nursing were used in control group,on the basis of control group,angelica injection was used in observation group.The effects, relevant clinical indexes in two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results Total effective rate of obser- vation group and control group was 83.33% ,66.67% respectively,with statistical difference（P〈O.OS）.Mter treatment,PaO2 and SO2 of two groups increased,PaC02 and MPAP of two groups reduced,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.PaO2 and SO2 of observation group higher than that of control group,PaCO2 and MPAP of observation group lower than that of control group,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of children with PH caused by pneumonia can improve PaO2 and SO2,reduce PaC02 and MPAP,and has significant clinical effect.
