摘要
目的探讨骶管囊肿的MRI诊断及相关临床表现特点。方法分析36例骶管囊肿患者的MRI特征,并评价MRI对该病的诊断价值。结果 36例骶管囊肿呈囊袋形、串珠状、圆形、卵圆形;T1WI呈低信号,T2WI呈高信号,信号均匀,与脑脊液信号一致;囊壁呈均一菲薄,囊壁无结节。结论骶管囊肿的MRI表现具有特征性,MRI是诊断骶管囊肿的理想检查方法。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis of sacral canal cyst by MRI and its clinical manifestations. Methods MRI manifestations of 36 cases of patients with sacral canal cyst were analyzed and the diagnostic value of MRI for this disease was evaluated. Results Sacral canal cystes of the 36 cases were pouch-shaped,bead-like,round or oval.Its T1W1 signal was low and T2W1 signal was high.The signal was even,similar to that of cerebrospinal fluid.The cyst wall was uniform without nodules. Conclusion The MRI manifestation of sacral canal cyst has its characteristics,and MRI is a ideal method for the diagnosis of sacral canal cyst.
