摘要
一流的科研信息获取平台,是创造一流科研成果的重要保障。文章在分析网络环境下科研用户信息需求特征和现行高校科研信息发现平台发展困惑的基础上,提出高校网络级科研信息一体化发现平台的重构框架和运行机制,为高校科研信息资源的优化配置和统一管理提供理论基础和决策支持,为国内开发资源发现系统以及进行相关研究提供参考。
Top-ranking searching platform of science information is a critical guarentee for the high-class scientific achievements. Based on analyzing information characteristics of consumers under network circumstance and current development bewilderment of science information searching platforms in universities, the reconstructing frame and running mechanism of the integrated information searching platform for scientific reseaich at network level in universities are brought forward in this paper. The objective is to provide universities with theory base and decision-making sustentation of excellently designing and uniformly managing information resource, and also to offer reference to the development of searching system of information resource and relative research.
