摘要
目的分析某企业接触职业病危害作业人员健康监护状况,为制定有效的干预和防制措施提供依据。方法使用描述性流行病学研究方法,对某企业2012年职业病危害因素检测结果和作业人员在岗期间职业健康检查结果进行统计和分析。结果某企业职业病危害检测合格率为:粉尘57.9%,二氧化锰76.2%,苯及苯系物66.7%,噪声56.5%,手传振动和高温均为100.0%。职业病危害作业人员受检查率为97.7%;异常检出率为:纯音听力测试异常为1.2%,高仟伏胸片异常为0.3%,神经系统检查异常为1.6%,心电图异常为12.9%,血压异常为20.8%,实验室检查血ALT异常为2.8%,空腹血糖异常为9.3%;发现各类职业禁忌证共27人,疑似职业病2人。结论噪声、粉尘是某企业主要的职业病危害因素,在进行职业病综合防治的同时还应重视职业安全教育并积极开展职工健康促进活动。
Objective To analyze the health care situation of a company exposed to occupational hazards personnel and provide a basis for the development of effective interventions and control measures. Methods The descriptive epidemiology statistics was used to analyze the results of an enterprise 2012 occupational hazards in the test results and operating personnel during on-the-job occupational health examination. Results Occupational hazards detection pass rate of an enterprise were. 57.9% of dust, 76.2% of the manganese dioxide, benzene and its homologues of 66.7%, noise of 56.5%, hand-transmitted vibration and high temperatures both were 100%0. Occupational hazards by check was 97.7% ; The abnormal detection rate of pure tone hearing test was 1.2%, a chest X-ray abnormalities was 9.3%, neurologic examinations was 1.6%, ECG abnormalities was 12.9%, abnormal blood pressure was 20.8%, laboratory tests- blood ALT- was 2.8%, fasting plasma glucose was 9.3%; 27 people had professional contraindication. 2 people were suspected occupation disease. Conclusion Noise and dust is the enterprisers major occupational hazard factors. Occupational safety education should be also focused on while proceeding occupational disease prevention and health promotion activities should be actively carried out.
