摘要
在低温加热-颗粒整形工艺分离废弃混凝土的基础上,分析研究了再生粗骨料的性能以及再生混凝土的力学性能。实验结果表明:在水灰比和砂率相同的基础上,相较于素混凝土,当再生粗骨料代替率为40%时,再生混凝土7d和28d的抗压强度分别提高约6.9%和4.2%;再生混凝土的峰值应力变化与抗压强度变化趋势相同,且两者的提高皆源于弹性应变的提高。
Based on the low temperature heating-particle shaping process for separating waste concrete,the performance of recycled coarse aggregate,combined with the mechanical properties of the recycled concrete,were analyzed systematically.Compared to the reference concrete,all the results showed that the compressive strength of recycled concrete,which prepared by 40% replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate,was improved by 6.9% and 4.2% at 7 d and 28 d,respectively.The changes of peak stress followed that of the compressive strength,which caused by the improvement of the corresponding elastic strain.
