摘要
通过构建包含直接和间接、定性和定量、内部和外部因素的三级层次信息披露质量评价指标体系,引入信息论中的改进熵权模型,对2012年深交所创业板355家上市公司的信息披露质量进行了测度。实证分析与检验表明,在统计意义上,改进熵权模型的测度结果与深交所考核结论具有较高一致性,且不存在显著性差异,这显示了改进熵权模型在信息披露质量测度中的较强适用性和有效性。
This paper, through constructing three-level evaluation index system for quality of information disclosure, including direct and indirect, qualitative and quantitative, internal and external, introduces a improved entropy weight model of information theory, and applies it to measure quality of information disclosure of listed companies from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2012. Based on the empirical analysis and testing, the result shows that there is higher consistency between measurement of improved entropy weight model and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange appraisal conclusion, and the differences are no significant. This shows stronger applicability and effectiveness of improved entropy weight model in the quality of information disclosure assessment.
