摘要
通过对国外主要资本市场成熟制度的比较研究,分析指出影响我国资本市场功能全面、有效发挥的成因,并从放松政府管制、强化市场约束、加大执法力度等三个方面提出制度改革意见。
This paper, with contrast to the mature systems of major foreign capital markets, put forward some system reform suggestions from the perspectives of deregulation, increasing the market restraint and tightening the law based on the analysis of what affects the capital markets＇ functions perform in such a comprehensive and efficient way.
