摘要
目的建立肿瘤细胞的增长模型,得到肿瘤细胞倍增次数的计算公式,给出尽早地检查和预测治疗的优化模型,为临床医学的发展提供了强有力的工具。方法根据肿瘤细胞的倍增特点并结合导数的应用,给出肿瘤细胞的直径与时间、数量与时间的关系图,分析Malthus和Logistic模型中肿瘤细胞随时间的变化过程。结果在近期预测中,Malthu模型较适合,但在中长期预测中,Logistic模型更加合适。结论以检查费用少、间隔时间短为目标,结合肿瘤细胞的增长模型给出了治疗癌症的优化模型,这对临床早期发现肿瘤并及早治疗提供了强有力的理论依据。
Objective To establish a growth model of tumor cell, get the computational formula of doubling times of tumor cells, and a- chieve an optimization model for the early examination and predictive treatment as soon as possible. Methods Combined the charac- teristics of the doubling times of tumor cells with the derivative application, the diagrams of the diameter and the populations of tumor cells with time were drawn,and the changes of tumor cells with time in Malthus and Logistic models were analyzed. Results Mahhu model was more appropriate for the recent forecast, but Logistic model is more appropriate for the long-term forecast. Conclusion Based on the growth model of tumor cells,the optimization model is established successfully with less check cost and shorter interval, which provides a strong theoretical basis for early detection and early treatment of cancer.
