摘要
醛固酮是由肾上腺合成的一种能维持机体正常细胞外液容量和电解质平衡的盐皮质激素,在原发性醛固酮增多症、慢性充血性心力衰竭、慢性阻塞性肺疾病等病的发生发展中的作用逐渐受到重视,醛固酮受体拮抗剂如螺内酯、依普利酮的使用取得明显的效果,同时也带来严重的副作用,这是今后关注的热点。
