摘要
设计了一种模糊PID控制器,通过STM32F103ZE微处理器将这种算法应用于变频空气源热泵热水器的水温控制,运用Matlab/Simulink对该控制器进行建模和仿真,经过多次调试算法程序,修改参数,得到了水温控制效果最优的控制器。实际运行结果表明:热水器水温控制的响应速度快、稳态精度高、抗干扰能力强,优于常规的PID控制算法。
A fuzzy PID controller was designed and applied in the temperature control ofvariable frequency air source heat pump water heater with STM32F103ZE MCU,Using Matlab/Simulink for modeled and simulated of the con- troller,after many debugging algorithm program,modified the parameters,obtained the optimal controller of the water temperature control system. Simulation result shows that the response speed and the steady state accuracy of the controller was uperior to the conventional PID controller,which improves the stability,accuracy and energy efficiency of waterheater control system.
