摘要
以某轻型自卸车为例,阐述了直推式自卸车举升机构的主要结构特点,推导出"对于直推式自卸车,以液压缸的初始安装长度为底边,货箱翻转轴为顶点,所组成等腰三角形的举升机构,在货箱初始位置时,液压缸具有最大的工作力臂"的理论及相关的计算公式,从而可以很方便地确定直推式自卸车倾液压缸的安装位置,并以实例证明应用该理论所确定的液压缸安装位置为最优。
The main structural characteristics of the direct push style dump truck's lifting mechanism was described based on a light truck, and the theoretical and the relational calculation that "For direct push style truck, we define an isosceles triangle lifting mechanism consisted by hemline of the installation of hydraulic cylinder's initial length ,carton roll axis for the vertex. The hydraulic cylinder has the largest working arm when the container in the initial position." as deducted. The direct push-style dump truck's hydraulic cylinder installation position was confirmed easily, which was certified that the theory determined cylinder's installation position is the best by the examples.
