摘要
应用大体解剖学和血管铸型方法 ,研究了 1 2峰双峰驼肾动脉的分支分布。结果显示 ,肾脏的肾动脉在进入肾门之前均已分成一背干和一腹干 ,在肾窦内 ,背干分为一前支和一后支 ,再由前、后支分别发出背部肾脏的各肾段动脉。腹干不分前、后支 ,而由主干直接发出腹部肾脏的各肾段动脉。不仅各肾段动脉之间未见吻合 ,背干及其分支与腹干及其分支之间也无吻合。左肾肾段动脉共 1 3条 ,右肾肾段动脉 1 2条。表明 ,双峰驼不仅左、右肾的肾动脉与肾段动脉不尽相同 ,各肾的背部和腹部的动脉供应也存在差异。
The distribution of the renal artery in 24 kidneys of 12 two humped camels was investigated with macroanatomical dissecting and artery casting methods.Before entering the hilum renis,the renal artery was divided into a dorsal trunk and a ventral trunk.In the renal sinus,the dorsal trunk was bifurcated into a cranial branch and a caudal branch,from which the segmental arteries were origined and radiated into the dorsal part of the kidney.The ventral trunk,however,went into the renal sinus without the bifurcation,and the segmental arteries were directly radiated from it into the ventral part of the kidney.No anastomose was seen both between the segmental arteries or the dorsal trunk and the vntral trunk.There were 13 segmental arteries in the left kindney,but 12 ones in the rigtht.It was showed that,not only the distribution of the left renal artery was not the same as that of the right,but also the artery distribution of the dorsal part was different from that of the ventral part in camel kidney.
