摘要
为了对综采工作面机械设备进行实时监控,及时发现事故源头并避免损失,对可以在综采工作面复杂多变的恶劣环境下长时间正常使用的视频监控系统进行了研究,提出了一种新的监控系统。该系统基于冗余性动态自组织的无线Mesh网络技术,采用先进的无线多跳网状拓扑网络,并与传统的视频传输技术相结合,避免了传统视频通过铺设光纤进行传输时存在的各种问题,解决了光纤在反复搬运过程中容易折断且难于维护的难题。试验证明,该无线Mesh网络在综采工作面具有理想的通信效果,视频监控系统视频信号流畅,顺槽和地面监控主机的视频图像清晰。
In order to monitor mechanical equipment of mechanized mining face in real time and timely discover accident source and avoid losses, the video monitoring system that can be long term used properly under complex and changing harsh environments is researched and a new monitoring system is proposed. The system is based on redundant dynamic ad-hoc wireless Mesh network technology, and the advanced wireless multi-hop Mesh topology is adopted. In addition, by combining traditional video transmission technology, various problems existing in optical fiber video transmission can be avoided, thus the problem of optical fiber is easily broken in repeated transportation can be solved. The test verifies that this wireless Mesh network offers ideal communication effect in mechanized mining face, the video signals of the system are smooth, the video images of crossheading and host computer on the ground are clear.
