摘要
选择臭氧仪合适工作条件 :流速为 3L/ min,O3与水的混合时间为 6~ 8min。首先以臭氧仪全循环处理罗氏沼虾育苗池水 ,布苗后每天以臭氧仪原池循环处理池水 3~ 4 h。育苗周期内 ,试验池不换水、不添加任何药物 ,测得其 NO2 -- N、NH3- N和 COD等各指标的变化范围较对照池相应指标分别下降了 18.2 %~ 91.7%、2 5.0 %~ 39.3%和 16.5%~ 50 .0 %。试验池幼体较对照池的强壮、变态率高、变态速率快。出苗率为对照组的 1.7倍 ,出池仔虾平均体长与体重分别为对照池的 1.2与 1.4倍。
Selected suitable work condition for ozone instrument: current velocity of water: 3L/min, time for mixing O 3 with water: 6~8 min. After all water in breeding ponds treated with O 3, Macrobrachium rosenbergii larvae were stocked in test ponds, then the pond water was treated with O 3 for 3~4 h every day. During the period of breeding larvae, the change range of NO 2 - N, NH 3 N and COD in test pond water were 18.2 %~ 91.7 %, 25.0 %~ 39.3 % and 16.5 %~ 50.0 % less than that in the control pond, respectively, and no medicine was added in the test ponds, no water exchanged. The larvae in test ponds were stronger than those in control ponds, larva metamorphosis rate and velocity were also higher. Production of post larvae was 1.7 times of that in control ponds. The average body length and weight were 1.2 and 1.4 times of those in control ponds, respectively .
