摘要
介绍了基于moldflow的食品加工容器注射模浇口的位置的有限元分析过程.首先是对产品的三维模型进行网格划分,经过修改获得合理的有限元模型网格,在此基础上,确定浇口的三种方案,通过熔接痕大小的比较最终确定合理的浇口位置.
The finite element gate injection mold for food processing container was introduced based on Moldflow position analysis process .The grid division of the product 3D model was carried.The grid finite ele-ment model was modified to obtain is reasonable grid division , on the basis of which three options for determining gate were dedigned .Through comparison of weld size , the final reasonable gate location was determined .
