富川脐橙皮皂化后番茄红素提取工艺与分离纯化研究 被引量:2

摘要 探讨富川脐橙皮粉末皂化后番茄红素提取最佳工艺及分离纯化。以富川脐橙皮粉末为原料,0.5mo1/L碳酸钠溶液为皂化剂,在超声波协同下以氯仿和石油醚为混合溶剂提取番茄红素。设计了3因素3水平正交实验研究了番茄红素的提取工艺,以番茄红素的得率为考察指标筛选番茄红素的最佳提取工艺:料液(g/ml)比1:20、超声提取时间25min、氯仿:石油醚(1:3,V/V),在此最佳提取条件下,番茄红素得率为14.72mg/100g。然后对脐橙皮中番茄红素进行分离提纯,得到脐橙皮中番茄红素的含量为62.83%。 This paper explored the optimal extraction technology and separation-purification of lycopene from powder of Fuchuan navel orange peel after saponification. Taking powder of Fuchuan navel orange peel, 0.SmolFL sodium carbonate solution as saponifieationagent, Lycopene was extracted by mixed solvent with Ultrasonic assisted. Three factors and three levels of the orthogonal experiment were designed to optimize the lycopene extraction. The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: 1:20 (g/ml) of sample-liquid ratio, 25rain of extraction time, (1:3,WV) of chloroform: oil ether, and the yield of the lyeopene was 14.72mg/100g. Then the lycopene were separated and purified, In addition, the content of the lyeopene was 62.83%.
