摘要
培养创新型人才是一项不断发展、与时俱进的系统工程,高等学校要为培养创新型人才提供良好的成长环境,良好的校园环境对学生创新思维的激发和创新能力的培养的影响是潜移默化、与日俱增的。本文从校园物质环境、校园文化环境和校园人际环境三个层面论述了构建创新型人才培养环境的重要性。以大连理工大学为调研对象,研究分析了在校学生对校园环境因素的认同特性,论证了创新型人才培养过程中大学校园环境对创新思维形成的影响和作用,就新的历史时期如何营造有利于创新的大学校园环境,培养创新型人才提出了合理化建议。
It is a continuous developing and advancing systems engineering to cultivate innovative talents. It is very necessary to create a good environment for the cultivating innovative talents. The campus environment has unconsciously influence on stimulating students＇ creative thinking and innovative abilities. In the paper, the importance of the environment for cultivating the innovative talents was discussed in three levels, such as campus physical environment, cultural environment and interpersonal environment. Based on the questionnaire inquiry for the Dalian University of Technology, the recognition feature of the students on the environment factors was investigated. The effect and influence of the campus environment on the formation of innovative thinking and action were researched. And the rationalization proposals were put forward for cultivating innovative talents and creating campus environment in the new historical period.
