摘要
以烤烟品种中烟100为供试材料,采用小区试验研究了团棵期及现蕾期喷施不同杀虫剂对烤烟全株叶面积,烟叶碳氮代谢关键酶、保护酶、MDA含量及化学成分和致香物质含量的影响。结果表明:烟田喷施杀虫剂(1)烟株圆顶后全株叶面积有所减少,总体上降低了烟叶NR和Inv活性,不同时期不同处理烟叶生长、NR和Inv活性存在差异;(2)增强了田间烟叶SOD和CAT活性,从而使其MDA含量不过多积累;(3)烤后烟叶化学成分趋于协调,新植二烯以外致香物质含量有所增加,化学和植物性杀虫剂则分别降低和增加了新植二烯含量。综合分析认为,植物性杀虫剂1号处理全株叶面积、烟叶NR和Inv活性总体上降幅较小,烟株前期(移栽后53d)烟叶脂膜过氧化水平较低,化学成分的协调性较好,有利于致香物质的形成,综合表现较好。
In flue-cured tobacco varieties Zhongyan 100 as test material, using field experiments were conducted to study effects of spraying different pesticides to tobacco leaf in spherical plant stage and squaring stage. Key enzymes of flue-cured tobacco leaves in carbon and nitrogen metabolism, protective enzymes, content of MDA and interior quality were investigated. Results showed that, (1) Spraying pesticides reduced key enzyme activity of carbon and nitrogen metabolism and NR and Inv activity as well; (2) Spraying pesticides enhanced activity of enzymes of protective system, while content ofMDA didn't accumulate; (3) Spraying pesticides resulted better harmony of chemical components and increased content of aroma constituents except for neophytadiene. Meanwhile, chemical pesticide reduced neophytadiene while botanical pesticides increased it. Comprehensive analysis reveals that botanical pesticide 1 resulted the least negative influence of growth physiology and the best harmony of chemical components and the highest total aroma of all treatments.
