摘要
挂牌公司质量是影响股权交易发展的最重要因素。挂牌公司在有限责任公司变更改制为股份有限公司阶段,资产与业务优化非常重要。文章从消除同业竞争、减少关联交易、增强独立性、优化公司业务结构,提升公司资产质量等方面对于改制整合作了较系统阐述。
The quality of listed companies is the key factor which affects the development of equity trading. It is important for the listed companies to optimize their assets and business when the companies are transforming from the limited liability companies to joint stock limited companies. This paper address- es systematically the system transforms and reconstructions on the basis of eliminating horizontal competi- tion, reducing connected transactions, strengthening independence, realizing optimal business structure and improving the quality of the company＇s assets.
