Simulink环境下的一种非对称并联机床运动静力学仿真

摘要 对一种新型非对称并联机床的运动静力学进行了仿真分析。简要介绍了该新型并联机床的结构组成,并在三维软件环境中建立了其模拟机构;以Simulink环境提供的SimMechanics工具箱为基础,分别设计了该新型非对称并联机床的运动学和静力学仿真方案,并给出了仿真实例。结果表明Simulink环境下的运动静力学仿真与实际运动状态相吻合,在并联机床分析设计过程中具有重要意义。 Kinetostatics simulation of a new asymmetric parallel machine tool was analyzed. The struc- ture of the new parallel machine tool was introduced briefly, and the simulation manipulator was built in the three dimensional software. The kinematics and statics simulation schemes of this new asymmetric par- allel machine tool were designed, respectively, and the simulation example was given. The results show that the kinetostatics simulation is consistent with the actual movement condition, and has significant worth to the analyzing and designing process of the parallel machine tool.
