摘要
介绍帘线钢LX72A炼钢生产工艺。针对帘线钢LX72A工艺中入炉铁水硫含量不能得到保障、对转炉去除P要求较高、LF炉精炼过程增铝严重、LF炉酸性渣下电极埋弧困难、升温速度不可控等一系列问题采取优化措施:(1)喷镁脱硫后保持5-8rain吹N2时间,使脱硫产物充分上浮至渣中。(2)转炉采用双渣冶炼工艺,将出钢[P]控制在0.01%以下,采用双挡渣工艺避免出钢下渣导致LF炉冶炼过程钢水增P、增S。(3)LF炉根据计算活性石灰或海砂加入量,将LF炉渣系碱度控制在1.0左右,使炉渣保持一定的碱度,提高电极埋弧效率,保证LF炉升温速度稳定。(4)加强浇注过程中的保护工作,避免钢水的二次氧化。通过以上优化,水钢帘线钢LX72A开发工作取得阶段性成果。实践证明,水钢已具备生产LX72A的能力。
This article introduced steelmaking processes of tire cord steel LX72A. As for high sulfur content in hot metal, deep dephosphorous demand of molten steel in converter steelmaking, serious aluminum increase and difficult arc-submerging of acid slag and uncontrolled heating rate in LF re- fining process and so on, we took optimal measures such as (1) after magnesium injection desulphur- ization, blowing nitrogen for 5-8 min made desulphurization products fully float up to slag, (2) dou- ble-slag method was used in converter steelmaking, tapping [p] in molten steel is less than 0.01 mass%, double slag-stopping tapping technique was used to prevent slag from going down to ladle and then to avoid increase of sulfur and phosphorous in molten steel during LF refining, (3) a certain quantity of active lime and sea sand was added into ladle during LF refining to make basicity of slag be around 1.0 so as to improve are-submerging effect and to cause temperature in ladle steadily rise. (4) molten steel shielding in continuous casting was strengthened to prevent molten steel from oxi- dization. Through measures above, we made progress in development of tire cord steel LX72A. In practice, it is proved that Shuigang already has ability to produce tire cord steel.
