摘要
水资源是基础自然资源,是生态环境的控制性因素之一,同时又是战略性经济资源,是一个国家综合国力的有机组成部分。文中认为当前我国水资源存在的主要问题是平均水资源不足,分布不均,水污染严重及相关管理体制不健全等,同时提出相应的解决途径,使其水资源配置走上真正可持续发展的道路。
Water is a basic natural resources and control element of ecological environment, meanwhile strategic resources and a component part of a country＇s comprehensive national strength. The main problems for water resources in China is the shortage of water resources, uneven distribution, serious water pollution and imperfect related management system etc. At the same time, corresponding solving ways are put forward , making the allocation of water resources on the development of truly sustainable road.
