摘要
内蒙古岱海发电有限责任公司4号汽轮发电机组在小修后进行了发电机短路试验,测量了主变压器出口、厂用电6 kVⅠ段,厂用电6 kVⅡ段、厂用电10 kVⅠ段、厂用电10kVⅡ段的短路电流、励磁电流、励磁电压和无功功率等数据。通过数据绘制出发电机短路特性曲线,与厂家提供的发电机短路特性曲线进行比较,误差在允许范围内。试验结果证明机组参数满足发电机短路要求,并提出在进行发电机短路试验时三相短路点应尽量位于接近发电机引出线端,三相短路线最好采用铜排或铝排等建议。
The No.4 unit of Inner Mongolia Daihai Electric Power Generation Co.,Ltd. carried out the generator short-circuit test after minor repairs, and achieved the main transformer outlet, auxiliary power 6 kV Ⅰ segment, auxiliary power 6 kV Ⅱ segment, auxiliary power 10 kV Ⅰ segment, auxiliary power 10 kV Ⅱ segment short-circuit current, field current, field voltage, reactive power and other datas. Drawn through the data generator circuit characteristic curve, comparison with manufacturers generator short circuit characteristic curve, results were within the scope of allowed error, tests proved that the unit parameters could meet the short-circuit requirement of generator, and put forward the suggestion that in the generator short-circuit test, three-phase short-circuit point should be located near the generator outgoing terminal, also it is the the three-phase short-circuit cable and so on. best to use of copper or aluminum row in the three-phase short-circuit cable and so on.
