摘要
阐述了GDZS40100/5多单元组合振动筛结构、工作原理与技术特点,并考察了该振动筛在潘一东选煤厂<50 mm粒级原煤筛分生产中的应用效果,结果表明:该筛筛分效率达到了81.69%,平均可能误差为3.3%,总错配物含量为7.82%。与本矿区选煤厂常用的三种原煤筛分设备相比,GDZS40100/5多单元组合振动筛各项指标均比较优异。
Introduced the structure, working principle and technical features of GDZS40100/5 multi -u-nit combined vibrating screen, investigated screening effect of the GDZS40100/5 multi -unit combined vibrating screen for screening raw coal ( ≤ 50 mm) in the Panyidong coal preparation plant. The results showed that the screening efficiency reached to 81.69%, average possible error was 3.3%, and the total misplaced material content was 7.82%, this results compared with the three kinds of screening equip- ment common used in screening the coal ( ≤50 mm), the each working index all showed better.
