pH值对金晖凯川选煤厂煤泥水沉降效果的影响

摘要 针对金晖凯川选煤厂酸性煤泥水难处理,设备腐蚀严重等问题,通过调整煤泥水pH值,采用不同类型絮凝剂及凝聚剂与絮凝剂复配试验的方法,研究了该厂煤泥水的沉降特性,结果表明:该厂煤泥水体系的Zeta电位随pH值的增大而减小,适当加入一定量的NaOH使煤泥水pH值达到7,选择絮凝剂TDX1412,既能提高沉降速度又不会堵塞管道,且使澄清液吸光度相对较小,同时还可减小煤泥水对设备的腐蚀性,从而降低生产成本。 According to the problems of difficult - to - treatment acidic coal slurry water and serious cor-rosion of equipment in Kaichuan coal preparation, by adjusting the pH value of coal slurry, using differ-ent type of flocculent and agent which combined of coagulating agent and flocculent, researched the set-tlement characteristics of the coal slurry. The result showed that the potential value Zeta of coal slurry de- creased with the increase of pH value, adding certain amount of NaOH making the pH value up to 7. With the using of flocculent TDX1412, the settling rate increased and dont plug the pipeline, the absor-bance of clear water is small, which reached the higher level of closed cycle of washing water, mean-while, it also the reduced corrosive of slurry to the pipeline, so lower the production cost.
