摘要
在低孔隙度低渗透率与非常规储层压裂施工前要通过测井资料优选射孔段并预测压裂缝的高度和宽度,压裂后需对压裂效果进行检测和评价。以长庆油田姬塬地区延长组砂岩储层为例,从测井资料中提取岩石脆性系数,分析了岩石脆性系数对压裂缝延伸方向、延伸高度和宽度的影响。通过理论推导得出岩石脆性系数与压裂缝高、缝宽的对应关系,实现了基于岩石脆性系数的压裂缝高度与宽度的定量预测。提出了用压裂前后脆性系数大小变化进一步检测缝高、用压裂缝高缝宽定性判断油气井的产能高低的方法。将该方法应用于工区多口油井低孔隙度低渗透率层段的压裂设计与评价中,取得了良好的效果。
Abstract: Before fracturing low porosity, low permeability and unconventional reservoirs, we should optimize perforating formation and forecast height and width of the fractures from log data. After the fracturing operation, we should check and evaluate the fracturing effect. By taking the Yanchang reservoir in Jiyuan area of Changqing oilfield as example, we have accurately extracted the rock brittleness coefficient from the log data, and analyzed the impact of rock brittleness coefficient on the fracture extending direction, height and width. At the same time, through theoretical analysis, we ve deduced a corresponding relationship of height and width of fracture vs rock brittleness coefficient, hence to realize quantitative prediction of the fracture height and width based on rock brittleness coefficient. Provided is a method to check the height of fracture by comparing the changes of rock brittleness coefficient got before and after fracturing, and finally to exactly predict the well's output in accordance with those height and width. This method has been applied in many wells of this area on the fracturing design and evaluation of lower porosity and/or permeability reservoirs, and always got good results.
