摘要
进一步了解医改后内蒙古自治区乡镇卫生院卫生资源配置的现状,为加快我区乡镇卫生院卫生资源合理配置提供决策依据。通过对乡镇卫生院的物力资源、人力资源和财力资源等与全国同期平均水平进行比较分析发现,自治区乡镇卫生院基础设施建设和设备水平还不容乐观;乡镇卫生院卫生人力数量少、缺口大、结构不完整、比例不合理和人员素质低;乡镇卫生院自身补偿能力不足,卫生发展财力资源有限。
To understand the present situation of health resource allocation of township hospitals in Inner Mongolia after health reform, provide references to improve reasonable health resource allocation of township hospitals, compare material resources, human resource for health and financial resources of township hospitals with the average level of China. It reveals that the level of infrastructure construction and equipment is not optimistic, the gap of health workforce is large, the structure of health workforce is incomplete, the ability to develop is lack, and the financial resources for health development are limited.
