摘要
本文阐述了一款取得国家专利的新型柱式称重传感器的结构与设计方法,分析了与传统柱式称重传感器相比所改进的方面。新型柱式称重传感器的核心设计理念是更可靠、更精准、更方便。采用科学的失效分析方法,结合公司自主研究创新的知识产权专利内容,对同类产品的市场应用特点进行了大量分析,经多方验证,研制出能够满足高端衡器称重计量需要的本款称重传感器。
This article expounds a new column obtained the national patent of the structure and design method of weighing sensor, analyzes the compared with the traditional pillar type weighing sensor by improvement.
