摘要
采用熔融共聚法合成全氟聚醚改性聚酯树脂,在聚酯分子链中引入数均相对分子质量约3 000的全氟聚醚侧链。用该树脂制成的粉末涂料,不仅具有超强的防腐性和耐候性,而且具有较好的疏水性、疏油性和自清洁效果,可广泛应用于各个领域。
A perfluoropolyether modified polyester resin was synthesized by melt copolymerization method, and thus perfluoropolyether side-chain with the molecular weight of about 3 000 was introduced in the polyester molecular chain. The powder coatings prepared from this resin not only has strong corrosion resistance and weather resistance, but also has better hydrophobicity, oleophobicity and self-cleaning effeet. Therefore, it can be widely used in various fields.
